Every year, U-Dating is dedicated to a new motto – this year it’s all about “trust”. Trust is the essential basis for any deep and fulfilling connection. Many of us have lost trust in ourselves, in other people and in love. Without trust, relationships remain superficial; with trust, they become transformative and true.

During this one-week retreat, we create a safe space together in which trust can grow slowly and sustainably – through mindful bodywork, conscious communication, dance, healing and reflection. Perhaps this is where your new story begins.

What you can expect

A mindful, bilingual retreat (German & English) that brings singles from different cultures together.
A beautiful setting with sea, nature and sun on the Costa Brava in Spain.
Accommodation: 6 nights in a private villa with its own pool, jacuzzi and just a few minutes from the beach.
Spacious outdoor area with a view of the greenery, quiet retreats and a pleasant room climate thanks to fans in all rooms.
Daily brunch and dinner, as well as healthy snacks and drinks based on the U-Retreat cookbook “Food to boost your happiness hormones”.
Workshops for conscious encounters and getting to know each other authentically: Tantra Light & Consent, Ecstatic Dance & Contact Impro.
Highlights: Cacao ceremony, daily sharing circles, transformative healing exercises centered around trust and love, daily yoga, sports, breathwork or stretching, guided nature walks through picturesque landscapes.

Only 90-120 minutes from Barcelona airport, easily accessible by bus.
25 minutes walk to the beach through picturesque surroundings.
A variety of hiking trails around the villa invite you to explore.

Important information before your arrival

After registering, you will receive an email with all the details about your arrival, a packing list and other helpful information. We will also create a WhatsApp participant group to make the arrival more pleasant and easier for everyone.

Do I have to take part in every exercise?

Not every exercise is suitable for everyone, and that’s perfectly fine. You can decide at any time whether you want to take part in an exercise or not. Your limits will be respected.

What can I expect at the camp?

You can look forward to an appreciative atmosphere, inspiring exercises and the opportunity to make real connections with other singles.

Is the camp sexual or romantic?

Our events promote conscious, respectful encounters and are not sexually oriented. It’s about getting to know each other authentically and being mindful of each other.

How is my privacy protected?

Your privacy is important to us. We do not take any photos or videos during the camp, and everything remains confidential.

What rules apply at the camp?

The basic rules are: Respect, confidentiality and clear boundaries. There are no drugs or alcohol at our events.
