Why the Mask off Nights exist

I was tired of the fact that “encounter” means performance for many.

I’ve accompanied hundreds of people over the last few years. At U-Dating, in camps, in mentoring. And one sentence kept coming back to me: “I’m so tired of explaining myself. I just want to sit in a room where no one is performing.”

That’s exactly what Mask Off Night is for. An evening where you don’t have to be charming, witty, confident, or “on a mission.” Community feeling.

We talk about the things that no one else talks about. And exactly what you’re missing happens: real encounters.

What happens if I take part in several events?

Our events are varied and each has its own focus. You will always discover new exercises and impulses that will take you further – so it’s guaranteed not to be boring!

For which age groups are the events suitable?

We offer events for different age groups. Pay attention to the target group of the respective event, but basically everyone who feels addressed is welcome.

Do I have to take part in every exercise?

Not every exercise is suitable for everyone, and that’s perfectly fine. You can decide at any time whether you want to take part in an exercise or not. Your limits will be respected.

What can I expect at the events?

You can look forward to an appreciative atmosphere, inspiring exercises and the opportunity to make real connections with other singles.

Are the events sexual or romantic?

Our events promote conscious, respectful encounters and are not sexually oriented. It’s about getting to know each other authentically and being mindful of each other.

Is it like speed dating?

No, our aim is not to get to know as many people as possible in a short space of time. Our events offer you time and space for in-depth and authentic encounters without the pressure of a speed dating format.

How is my privacy protected?

Your privacy is important to us. We do not take any photos or videos during the events, and everything remains confidential.

What rules apply at the events?

The basic rules are: Respect, confidentiality and clear boundaries. There are no drugs or alcohol at our events.
