U-Dating is a proven and trusted concept with a global reputation for fostering real relationships. With our professional tools, training and ongoing support, you’ll have everything you need to make a positive difference in your region and build a successful business.

FAQs

Is there a fixed schedule for the training?

Yes, after completing the U-Dating Circle, you will take part in the 3-day online bootcamp, including interactive sessions, training, workbooks and Q&A. After that, you start flexibly, but receive new content and monthly calls on a regular basis.

Do I have to organize events regularly?

Yes, in order to keep your license, we expect at least one event per quarter – this is how we maintain quality and continuity.

How high are the costs?

One-off onboarding fee: € 990
10 % license fee on the gross revenue of your U-Dating events & coaching sessions.

In return, you will receive new content, support, marketing support and access to the brand on an ongoing basis.

Can I also participate in retreats with Ray as a co-host?

Yes, as a franchise partner you have the opportunity to accompany retreats with Ray or other international facilitators.

You can also sell the U-Dating card set and receive affiliate commissions for online courses.

Will my event be visible on the U-Dating website?

Yes, you will be officially featured on the U-Dating website – including an event calendar, optional landing page and links to your offers.

We can also help you get started with practical tips, templates and marketing impulses.

Will I learn from Ray personally?

Yes, you get access to Ray’s complete toolbox – including workbooks, checklists, exercises, curricula and best practice tips from his years of experience in conscious relationship, space holding and group leadership.

How much can I earn with U-Dating events?

Of course, the earning potential depends on your commitment, the region and your network – but here is an example:

A U-Dating event with 30 participants generates an average turnover of around € 3,000.
If you organize two events a month (e.g. for different age groups), you can expect a monthly turnover of around € 6,000.
This results in a potential annual gross turnover of up to € 72,000 – with a profound impact and real added value for people.

Important: 10% of the license fee goes to U-Dating, plus your usual operating costs.

Can I also organize U-Dating Camps?

No. The U-Dating Camps are organized exclusively by the U-Dating Core Team, as they require a particularly intensive depth and quality – they are always accompanied by Ray or another experienced facilitator from the core team.

Can I organize my own retreats?

Yes, as a certified U-Dating event leader you can organize your own retreats – regardless of the camp format. You can use the U-Dating values and tools and add your personal touch. Co-hosting with other facilitators is also possible.

Can I teach and certify the U-Circle myself?

Yes & No! After successfully completing the franchising course, you can offer U-Circle courses with us in your language and under our management – with certain financial benefits for you.
